We envision a day when our combined resources shift our focus to maintaining wellness over treating illness. Your gift can help with state of the art technology and equipment, innovation treatment options and therapies, continuing education of clinical staff, discounted help at service for community members with financial need and more. As a nonprofit hospital and health system, Exeter is supported by dedicated community members, including many patients and families, whose lives have been positively impacted by our services.
Beyond the Rainbow Fund -
Making the Fight Against Cancer a Little Easier
The Beyond the Rainbow Fund provides local oncology patients in need with financial assistance and support while undergoing cancer treatment. Since its inception, this fund has provided patients with immediate prescription assistance; subsidized rent, utility and fuel bills; purchased groceries; and assisted with additional needs that may have become unmanageable for individuals or their families during treatment. This fund also provides patients with wellness/fitness programs and integrative therapies, such as massage, that further assists them in improving their quality of life as they focus on healing and recovery. The impact felt by the recipients of this fund is immeasurable.
Kathleen Schusler Fund -
Kathy Schusler, ARNP, worked for Exeter Hospital’s Center for Occupational and Employee Health for 22 years prior to passing away from cancer in 2008. Kathy’s family established the Kathleen Schusler Fund for Nursing Education and Development in order to provide financial support for nursing professional development. Awards are given annually to employees of Exeter Hospital, Core Physicians and Rockingham VNA & Hospice based on management and peer nominations and applications. This year was the eighth annual presentation of the scholarships.

Core Physicians is a community based, multi-specialty group practice affiliated with the fundamental mission of improving the health of individuals and families in the communities served. As a major provider of primary care services in the region, Core Physicians continues to develop diagnostic and surgical services to meet the increasing healthcare needs of a rapidly expanding population. Your donation will help Core Physicians continue to provide their community-based, patient-focused care as well as their growing specialty care services.
Innovation Fund -
The Center for Orthopedics & Movement is a new musculoskeletal center developed by Exeter Hospital and Core Physicians bringing multiple practices together to enable collaboration, convenience and patient-centered care. This innovative new destination center brings team-based care to one convenient location. This means that patients will be placed with the right provider, in the right place, at the right time. Your donation will help support a variety of initiatives within the Center for Orthopedics & Movement.

That is why when you or a loved one needs the highest quality home care, hospice, or community outreach, the Rockingham Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice is here to help. The agency serves more than 41 towns in southern New Hampshire with a trained staff ready to help with a full range of medical and social issues. Your donation will help to support RVNA & Hospice’s continued commitment to the innovation and development of all current and future programs.
